Returns
We accept returns on items within 14 days of the purchase date. To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- Items must be returned in the original box or packaging to ensure safe return shipping.
- Final sale items (e.g. custom-made items, personalized items, or hygiene products) are non-returnable. These items will be clearly marked on the product page.
To initiate a return:

- Our team will provide you with return instructions and a return shipping label if applicable.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the steps outlined below:
- Contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number, item details, and a photo of the defective or damaged item(s).
- We will assist you in processing your exchange and send a replacement item if available.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If your return is approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the item is defective, damaged, or an error was made on our part.
- Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
Return Shipping
- Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective, damaged, or an error was made in fulfilling your order.
- If we provide you with a return shipping label, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within 10 business days after receiving the confirmation email:
- Check your bank or credit card statement again.
- Contact your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
